Join the team
You’ll join as a trainee and get inducted into the Harold Sharp team. We’ll do some team building and general activities to warm you up and make you feel at home.

Start learning
For the next year, you’ll learn and grow as an accounting professional, working on key areas and projects that will develop you and further your career.

Grow and improve
Soon you’ll be a fully-fledged team member, still learning from others but with your own voice and distinct role. You’ll have earned your accounting wings.
Careers at Harold Sharp
Training and development
As a school leaver, you’ll start training towards the AAT Level 4 accounting qualification. Once completed, you can complete your ACA without needing a university degree.
We offer on-the-job training with constant learning. You’ll work closely with our team, learning and growing and feeling like you’re part of a community.
