At Harold Sharp, we believe that our employees are critical to our business because without their commitment, we cannot hope to achieve our business goals. We also recognise that hiring the best people is key to delivering an excellent service to our clients.

We provide comprehensive training programmes and a supportive team environment, and all employees have regular performance reviews. Every trainee is allocated a mentor to oversee their progression and ensure that they are equipped with the right skills and opportunities to succeed. We support individual career development, because we believe that personal fulfilment and career progression are essential factors for employee motivation and retention.

We operate an “open-door” policy at all levels within our firm, hold twice-yearly employee meetings and host regular social events ranging from bowling competitions, barbecues, golf, badminton, white-water rafting and 5-a-side football.

We also work as a team on behalf of our nominated charity, Francis House Hospice and we encourage our employees to be actively involved in our fund-raising efforts.
