Training contracts

We're looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic and friendly people to join our team. We offer a comprehensive training programme, supported learning and excellent career opportunities within a supportive team environment.

ACA training requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree or expected result, non-business subjects acceptable
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to handle responsibility
• Ambition

AAT training requirements:

• Aptitude for detailed work, not necessarily with formal qualifications
• Flexible, friendly attitude
• To be conscientious

AAT training provides an excellent grounding for your future business career. If you are conscientious and enjoy learning, we'll give you every support and encouragement. Most of our successful AAT trainees go on to take further examinations for ACA qualifications, which is a great indication of success.


Training programme

The exam study method we have found to be the most effective is to offer fully-funded study support, paid study leave and exam entrance fee payments throughout the duration of your training contract. Just as importantly, you need to gain hands-on experience by working on a variety of assignments with different clients. We’ll help you to get the right mix, and we'll expect you to take responsibility for projects and people as soon as you're ready.
