our sectors :: charity and not for profit

Charities have different objectives to their commercial counterparts, but still require a strong board and management team supported by skilled professional advisers in order to achieve their objectives.

We have experience of a range of charities and other voluntary organisations and have vast experience and knowledge in dealing with the many and varied complex issues facing the modern charity. No two charities are identical and our philosophy is based on gaining a sufficiently detailed understanding of the charitable activities for each of our clients.

Increased demands have been placed on those governing and managing charities as a result of changing legislation, a complex tax regime and the need to be accountable and transparent. We recognise that advising charities and not for profit organisations is a specialist area requiring a team of people with specialist sector expertise.
