Assurance Report
The corporate environment is changing and becoming increasingly complex for growing businesses. While your company many no longer be required by law to have an audit of its own accounts, the preparation and filing of theses accounts are still the directors’ responsibility.
If your company is exempt from audit or requires more than a simple accounts compilation certificate, we can provide an assurance report that adds a certain creditability to your annual accounts. The assurance report helps to give you an additional degree of comfort over the accounts and could enable you to present your accounts with greater credibility to third parties.
We will discuss your results in greater depth and compare the information in the accounts with other relevant information to see if it is consistent and makes sense. We can then carry out further work tailored specifically to your company, which is less extensive that the work involved in an audit. We plan and carry out this work in accordance with guidance published by our Institute and our report is worded to express a conclusion on the accounts based on our work procedures.
